None of the white lilies as shown in the picture on the website where open yet. Therefore, the flower arrangement did not look like the picture and lost some of it's beauty.

Regarding the flower arrangement I ordered for my best friends funeral services. The flowers were pretty, however, the banner which was to read "Dear Friend" was hand written in what appears to be black magic marker on the ribbon and the word Friend was misspelled as FRINED, very tacky for presentation at funeral service. When I ordered the flowers it asked what I wanted on the banner. I interpret the banner as separate from the ribbon. Please see attached picture. I was very embarrassed to say the least.
Also, the sympathy note was also handwritten. This is not what I expected, I would assume that whatever florist did the order, should have the supplies on hand.

I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement that I had sent to my mother. I ordered the premium selection (paid additional) and there were only 8 flowers in the vase that my mom had taken a picture of. It looked empty and weak and not even half as nice as the online picture.
Flowers arrived quite late in the day, but were beautiful.
