I ordered flowers for a funeral to be sent to a residence. My reason for choosing fromyouflowers was the same-day delivery option provided. I received an email a few hours later stating that my order was not going to be delivered on time and that I would be credited back the same day delivery charge. I contacted fromyouflowers to inform that the funeral was the next day at 10AM and that I hoped they would be delivered by 9AM; which they said they would.
The flowers did not arrive until the following day at 3PM. I didn't even get to see them as I was already on my flight back home.
