The flowers arrived to ny girlfriend as expected, no problem
Was excited to find an affordable bouquet to send a friend, but then out of nowhere was a $14.99 service fee. No mention anywhere of that! Geesh, now I just feel taken advantage of.
The website said "order within the next 1 hour and 26 minutes for same day delivery." And I did, but later got the email that said it wouldn't be delivered until the next day.
I'm just disappointed. Just tell me how much it's going to be upfront, tell me that you might NOT be able to do same day delivery. Let me make my decision with ALL the information in front of me. Then I won't be so disappointed. And I'd use you again. :(
Would love to get a photocopy of the flowers that will be shipped
The purchase and delivery portions were excellent. My only issue is that the product that was delivered was smaller than the item in the picture shown and in the web image there were small purple flowers but in the delivered bouquet they used baby's breath.
I had selected this piece because my girlfriend's favorite color is purple and it had a ton of it.
