I thought it would be a larger arrangement for the money. Looked like more flowers in the picture I chose. It was pretty! I'm not dissatisfied in the service or the flowers!
A little bit pricey once taxes and shipping and handling were added in. Otherwise, very good experience and flowers were beautiful.
I had ordered for the same day which did not happened. I found by contacting via computer that the delivery did not take place because of a flat tire. Supposedly I will not be charged the same day fee, I feel that I shouldn't be charged at all, due to the fact that I was not notified that my order was not delivered! Therefore I probably will not use your company again. My dear friend's birthday was yesterday not today.
Since I'm in California, I had no way of knowing what the actual arrangement looked like or when it was delivered. I had to call, several times because no one picked up the phone to check on delivery.
