I ordered a simple sunflower arrangement for my aunt's funeral. It took 2 calls as the first call stated the flowers would be delivered unopened and I had to order same day flowers for them to be open. There were 2 extra charges applied one for $14.99 and one for $2.99. They assured me the flowers would be there by 11AM, the time of the service. The flowers were delivered at 12:26 and looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. There was not a single brown center with yellow petals on the outside sunflower as ordered. Horrible.

I picked the florist special arrangement that didn't have a picture of the final outcome so I'm not sure what was delivered. I chose this because if the price point but I think I'd rather pick a bouquet to have a peace of mind about what is being delivered. Or maybe in the future a final picture can be sent to the person who placed the order so we can see the finished product! I was more worried about this order as it was for my best friend who just lost her father. If it was just a birthday arrangement I wouldn't have cared as much. Overall, highly satisfied with the website and prices as well as the prompt delivery! Wish the handling fee was included in the base price, that extra $15 handling fee came as a little surprise. What's there to handle? It's just a bunch of flowers in a vase...

Your website is very deceiving

Your website is very deceiving - you promote a great price on the flower but neglect until the last screen to add the $14.99 delivery. Also, you have documentation on there "rebate on delivery, click here." Nothing happens when you click. Another deceiving point! I also edited deliver anytime during business hours to get rid of the $2.99 charge and it did not accept the change - yet another deceiver factor on your website! The visitation is tomorrow night and the funeral service is not until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11. It's not same day delivery so I feel the $2.99 should be omitted.

I like the same day delivery option. I received an email saying it had been delivered. I thought it was strange that I hadn't heard from the recipient. I called & they said they were home all day, but never heard the doorbell. The order was going to be delivered the next day. They have received it now, a day late. They said the fruit in the basket was wonderful. I was concerned because I paid extra for same day delivery.

I had ordered for the same day which did not happened. I found by contacting via computer that the delivery did not take place because of a flat tire. Supposedly I will not be charged the same day fee, I feel that I shouldn't be charged at all, due to the fact that I was not notified that my order was not delivered! Therefore I probably will not use your company again. My dear friend's birthday was yesterday not today.
