The flowers were beautiful. Sent them to our daughter in the hospital and she absolutely loved them. I ordered them in the morning around 9:00 am, and she called us with a picture before noon. Amazing! Thank you for helping her get through a really tuff day.

This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. I have sent many packages to states before but choosing this company was the worst mistake I could have possibly made. It's been 3 days and I am still calling 3 times a day to get my package delivered!

It was a Bday present for my Mom and I just wish the flowers would have been delivered earlier than late the afternoon (5:51pm).
I realised not that there was not a button option to select the delivery time: morning/afternoon or evening.
It would be great to be given the option when completing the order.

The $14.99 handling charge is too much. I wanted to spend about $20-25 on flowers but ended up spending more due to the handling charge and the fact that nothing on the website was lower priced. In the future I will be using a local florist who's handling charge is less and I can spend the amount I want.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
