They didn't deliver the day I ordered for and I didn't find out until the following day and then it took them all day the next day to deliver the balloons to my brother in the hospital!
I first tried to order with FTD but they immediately let me know it was past their cut off time for same day delivery so I found your company online and ordered for same day delivery.
I will absolutely never use this service again and will tell my friends about my terrible experience.

This delivery completely redeemed the last one which was unfortunately left on a table on a porch on a windy day. The vase was shattered, but the flowers were salvageable. This order, however, arrived safely and on time, and the arrangement was gorgeous!

I was excited to find your website with great variety, reasonable prices and I liked the fact that I was able to choose the Premium version of the "Your in my Heart" bouquet. It looked beautiful and I thought it would relay the exact sentiment I desired to the bereaved family. Unfortunately, I did not receive the quality or quantity from your local vendor/retailer/partner/distributor or whatever they are to fromyouflowers.com. While I did not expect that it would look exactly like what is shown online, I did expect the "fullness" I paid for the "premium" edition. What I received was considerably less (flowers) than what was even shown for the "regular" option. I was very disappointed to say the least. -- I wish I had taken a picture.
