70 dollars later one day late, and they say last minute oh, we don't have that can we substitute? I say yes. The next day they say oh sorry we found out we don't deliver to your area. We cant deliver to your area? It made me look bad because now this person does not have flowers for her birthday. Im not that far. Then its an hour on the phone to argue with people get a refund, then they don't want to give me one this is the worst company ever- avoid at all costs... Im so angry...
When you have a special day you want flowers delivered on - you pay extra for early delivery and they dont show up until the next day.!? You would think I learned a lesson... I thought maybe they had a bad day... but twice? No thank you - I will find another flower shop to take my money.! Y'all suck.!
Amazing is all I can say. I got an email after I purchased and it said if I come back I could have free delivery. I had already finished my order so I sent an email asking why I didn't get the free delivery? In a few minutes I had an answer, we can only use one offer and I had used a 20% off however, it was less than the free delivery so they gave me the extra in refund! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter got her arrangement, it was beautiful and she was so happy! Thank you!

All except for being hung up on 3 times of calling to check my order I was satisfied with the beautiful flowers... I feel you just need to work on your customer support team i didn't appreciate calling back to back 3 times to be just hung up on and finally being helped after my 4th call

Great prices and quick delivery, but I was surprised by the $15 service/handling fee, which seemed high to me, especially on top of the $3 "same day delivery fee." Seems like all different kinds of service business are padding their revenues with fees on top of fees, instead of making their end prices visible to shoppers.
My sister loves the flowers I ordered for. Her. I got mixed up on the delivery date but was easily able to change it & get it right. I sent my request via email but also called. Your staff member was helpful, kind,& courteous! Overall-a very positive experience!
It's not often that I order flowers on line and was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the plant that was delivered to my sister upon the death of her only child. She said it is beautiful and wondered how to take care of it. Having taken care of one for a friend I told her to just make sure it gets enough water. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
