70 dollars later one day late, and they say last minute oh, we don't have that can we substitute? I say yes. The next day they say oh sorry we found out we don't deliver to your area. We cant deliver to your area? It made me look bad because now this person does not have flowers for her birthday. Im not that far. Then its an hour on the phone to argue with people get a refund, then they don't want to give me one this is the worst company ever- avoid at all costs... Im so angry...
When you have a special day you want flowers delivered on - you pay extra for early delivery and they dont show up until the next day.!? You would think I learned a lesson... I thought maybe they had a bad day... but twice? No thank you - I will find another flower shop to take my money.! Y'all suck.!
Amazing is all I can say. I got an email after I purchased and it said if I come back I could have free delivery. I had already finished my order so I sent an email asking why I didn't get the free delivery? In a few minutes I had an answer, we can only use one offer and I had used a 20% off however, it was less than the free delivery so they gave me the extra in refund! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter got her arrangement, it was beautiful and she was so happy! Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
