I ordered the Blissfully Yours bouquet in the Deluxe. The picture on the website for the deluxe is not what was received. It appears the actual bouquet was of the Regular. It is a beautiful bouquet but I do not feel it is what I ordered or expected for the price I paid. Disappointing.

The product can be completely different from the pictures... and I understand why, BUT... an effort to be made somewhat like the picture would be appreciated.
That being said, the product is always well arranged and fresh.
I wish there was an option for a larger bouquet, I ordered the premium - what I thought was largest and it was still this small wimpy thing for $75.00
Reasonable shipping and service fees compared to other sites as well as a nice variety of prices and items are why I chose this site over others.
The S&H is so high - it really sucks when you choose flowers for $30 and end up paying $50
I wasn't here when the flowers were surpose to be delivered...Monday they came and it wasn't ohhhhh how beautiful today is Tuesday and the roses already look dead.

It was easy to choose something. When I get to the funeral home i'll see if it's really as good as it seems.
It was not at all what I thought it would be. It was extremely small for the price and a little embarassing to own up to purchasing it for them. Avoid online ordering if at all possible. I will never do that again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
