Was surprised when it was totaled up-for a small order-$70+ charge seemed extravagant.
My Sister in law loved the roses. She has cancer and we wanted her to know how much we care.
I tried ordering a rose bush to my husbands grandmothers viewing and with no explanation it didnt get delivered. Tried having it delivered to my mother in laws house and it never was sent there either. I did get my money back and at that point they were very apologetic and insisted on still trying to complete the delivery so I agreed and for tge 2nd time gave the phone number and address to be sent. Almost 2 weeks go by and still no rose plant. I don't recommend anyone use this company not worth the head ache of trying to track down.

My experience was somewhat satisfactory. You had a little trouble on delivery, same day turned into three days. I called customer service very helpful, except one rep who was sarcastic, other then that the flowers did make it to the door.

I ordered the flowers to be in the wedding suite after my son married his lovely bride. The flowers meant a lot to me as well as very special gift to the new Mr and Mrs!
My flowers were delivered THE DAY BEFORE I asked them to. That was not the date of the event and I am beyond angry. When I called, I was told they were delivered the day before because the delivery date was unavailable for local deliveries. They ask for your zip code before anything else, so if this was an issue, there shouldn't have been that delivery date to choose. I would have gone elsewhere to have the flowers delivered on the correct date!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
