I sent mine back to the P O Box no on the package by recorded delivery. It did cost me £4 postage though. Someone did sign for it. I have now applied for a charge back from my bank, awaiting reply! Will let you know if it works. Xx

Bought two tops totalling £35, complete rubbish. I wouldn't wash the car with them. AVOID AT ALL COST, Facebook should be ashamed at allowing this company to trade.

Rip off!

I see in other reviews that there is nowhere (except China) to return items. I am having the same experience. The 'linen-cotton' blouse was horrible quality and the hips did not fit the rest of the blouse size. The detail shown on the picture was totally missing from the item they sent me. Grrrr And I never got a refund even though I returned the item to the address that was on the package.

I ordered and received several "linen" blouses. The quality is pretty bad. I've been trying to get a hold of someone to return but no one responds. Be ware and don't order from them.

'Linen Dresses@

Having waited over 2 months for 2 so called Linen Dresses, which ridiculously arrived separately, I find that they are thin, Chinese, cotton and polyester dresses.
Can't imagine I will get my money back, but I would not recommend this company to anyone, though the styles do look chique.

Like many other reviewers, I ordered what was represented as a linen top and turned out to be completely cheap fabric with no structure to it at all. I also am getting no responses to my emails requesting "RETURN" information. This is just another rip-off bogus Chinese company. Spare yourself and don't order.

I ordered 2 tops from FridaChic and one was supposed to be a linen top but when I finally received it, it looked like a Scrub shirt from the Dollar General. I emailed FridaChic customer service on 3 occasions with hopes that they would make the purchase right but NO ONE responded to my emails. Its a terrible excuse for a legitimate company and frankly they should be ashamed!

Misrepresented Items

I ordered 4 tops. The way they're photographed and described are a gross misrepresentation of what you actually get. The fabric is the cheapest you can get and do NOT include any linen though that's what is stated. The garments are worth about a nickel each. Avoid at all costs because if you have to return them- you have to pay for shipping to CHINA!

I ordered when they were so new they were very few reviews... I wish I'd waited. They are clearly a drop shipper-probably a one man show who orders items from the manufacturer as customers place orders. So it takes forever before they ship the product, and then takes another forever to get here. I requested to cancel a number of times and its futile, so I opened a case with Paypal to get my money back.

After a six week wait the clothing, if you could call it that, was so bad that it was unwearable! The fit was appalling. I ordered two of the same top in different colors. When they arrived they were made of different fabrics! Absolute garbage. After reading the reviews about the return policy I threw them away and considered it a painful lesson learned.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an online clothing company, which as many have stated, does not appear to be one company but several. One item I ordered was so incorrectly sized that I wanted to return it; however, the cost to send it to China and pay any kind of tariffs would have been far more than the actual item! This is the reply I received when I asked about returning it for a refund:

Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the product.

If you still want to return/exchange the package, you can email us for a return label.

Website misrepresents the product. Part of my order arrived today I was so disappointed with every aspect of the three garments that arrived. All three looked nothing like what I ordered they look like 3 oversized men's shirts none of the items I ordered had collars these do. Looks like it will be impossible to get a refund so all be warned do not order from this company and I was expecting the product to come fro the US not China.

Absolute rubbish! Ordered a top, received three weeks later and while the colour is nearly accurate the look of the shirt is not! If you are reading this review, do yourself a favour and don't waste your money!

I bought 4 blouses based on the good reviews of the website. I really wish I had checked independent reviews as well. I suspect their positive reviews are fake. They are all written by people who can't speak English, filled with grammar errors. They took my money right away, and 3 weeks later, only received the first garment. It does not look like the picture in the ad. It looks more like a scrub top. Their website said it was cotton blend/linen, but it is actually cotton and polyester, so they lied. I asked for a refund, but received no response. Their tracking info is all in Chinese. I will never order from them again. I wonder if I will see my other 3 blouses?

Based on a Facebook ad, I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful pink cotton/flax looking v-neck shirt,... What I got over a month later was a cheaply-made rose colored polyester shirt with a collar. Pictures online are very decieving. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED & PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR! No return label or return instructions enclosed in the envelope at all.

The three articles of women's clothing I received look nothing like they appeared in the marketing. They were touted as "natural fiber/linen/cotton" but are actually super synthetic, sized completely arbitrarily, and sewed like a pillow case without darts or ruching! As soon as I got them I asked how to return merchandise, and have gotten no response via email. Lesson learned.

The clothing is cheap, sized for children and takes FOREVER to be delivered. There is no communication for return labels. Luckily, I used PayPal. However, they came from China! I had no idea. Now, I'm stuck with postage to China. I'm afraid to see that cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
