ive emailed 3times to get a returns address. nothing.Has anyone got the address.?

Hi I sent mine back to the PO Box number on the package, PO Box 737, Southall, UB3 9RE and has been accepted and signed for by C M Johnson.
Then I am asking my bank for a charge back, still awaiting outcome...
