Have ordered filters many times and the sales people have been excellent and very helpful. The orders always arrive in a very short time and have always been correct. I have given out the Company telephone number to my son and others so that they can order their filters. Great job!

In my first order with FreshwaterSystems I received a broken item and another part of the order never arrived. The broken item was clearly not packed correctly. It was replaced. The missing part of the order was incorrectly resent, requiring another email and phone call. I have not received the final item yet, but I'm hopeful. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very nice, but that really isn't the same as good service.
The price was much better than local stores for the same product. Shipping was fast. The shipping box could be better and stronger.

I installed the RO system and had several leaks from the hard tubing connectors. After several attempts to stop the leaks I decided to switch out a few of the new connectors and tube with the original ones that were in my old system and I managed to stop the leaks for now. The Add-on UV is still dripping very slowly from the screw top. The system was purged for 24 hours as recommended but the water still has a oily taste to it. I will give it another week to see if the taste goes away.
I sent a support ticket on the leaking UV add-on and asked a few questions about the oily taste of the RO water but no reply.
Wouldn't recommend the store or the product to anyone at this time.

One of the filters had a piece of plastic an inch and a half long broken off from not enough protection in packaging. I used it anyway, but was not pleased. They are spendy.
It was easy to find and order the part I wanted, and the correct part was mailed very promptly.
Took over week to process my order, then to find out, the item I ordered was not in stock. I was not ever notified until I called three different times. I got a comparable replacement for the same money, then delivery was ok. Installation was easy, direct replacement for existing unit.
The price for the two filters were better than my local dealer who quit carrying my Everpure filters. Now I'm glad they did. No shipping either, which is very important to me.
Simple order, 3 pieces of one item and 3 pieces of another item (6 total items). Only 3 received. Called and requested remainder 3 missing items. They shipped me the "missing 3 items" but I receive one part only. Called again and requested the addition missing parts. They shipped 3 o-rings (WRONG PART AGAIN).
Take your business elsewhere unless you have a lot of patience and time to wait for them to figure it out. Definitely not a good experience. Slow shipping on the missing parts too.

Love the neoprene covers for our stainless steele water bottles. Great quality - we've had two large ones for over a year and just bought a third for a smaller bottle. These take a lot of abuse as my teens use them for sports. They've held up wonderfully, keep water cold and the price is great!
