Wrong product was delivered 10/3/15. I sent it back and am waiting for the correct product to arrive.
Placed an order, paid for 3 day shipping, and a week later still no order. Called 3 times over two days to wait on hold for no less than 15-20 mins only to have the person tell me to hold some more, while they investigate, then gets back to me on the third call and says the order never shipped, even though they had charged my card the day of the order. I asked if they could overnight the parts at no additional cost due to their mistake as I needed the parts badly, but they said it was too expensive for them and all they could do is ship my order out with the 3 day as I paid for a week earlier. Will NEVER order from them again. A joke of a company.
Ordered a replacement motor for my Watts reverse osmosis system. Received order promptly and it was exactly as stated and it was at a good price.
Price better than our local store. Was nice that i could go right to the source. This is where our local distributer gets and resells to us.

I am not sure why but my gal asked for it to go on her credit card and she gave her all the info... when I picked it up I had to pout it on mine. She had given her card already and it should have gone as we asked. She was not happy to say the least. We have a boat fund we work out of and she tends to that so we had to do money transfers etc to make it all work the way it should have in the first place.
I am installing it when the boat is hauled and am hoping it work well. Thank you.

Sorry to leave a bad review but my item didn't ship (which was for a customer) and the day before estimated time of arrival i noticed i had never received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. I called and first guy said it didn't ship at all, then next guy said it was lost in shipping although they could not provide a tracking number. Big inconvenience and lack of professionalism due to the fact that we had a customer and a tech scheduled to replace this for a customer. Freshwater ended up shipping the item when bringing it to their attention but did not expedite the shipping for us to compensate for their original mishap. Not to pleased with the service.

The filter seems to fit and works well. However, my address was changed inside the system (not by me) and got delivered to a wrong address. It took a few days to hunt it down - which was not fun. I did contact the company, but never got a response.
