I've been ordering my refrigerator filters from here for a couple of years, never had any problems and always fast shipping, I'm very happy with their product, and I'm happy to have found this company.
I purchased some flojet fittings from their website, had the correct part # and the picture on the site was the correct fittings. However what I received were the wrong parts, I called the costumer service and she told me they did not sell this part even though they had the right part # and picture of the right fitting. I tried to return the fitting and they want a restocking fee, even though they sent me the wrong fitting. I sent them pictures of what they sent me and links to their website with the fitting that they advertised, haven't heard back from them. I guess I will chalk it up to $58.00 lost

Ordered from internet received on time. Order oil rubbed finish and what I received was a dull bronze but not sure if that is what they mean by oil rubbed I assumed it would match my Delta faucet which has a shiny finish. Other than it not matching which well could have been my error I guess the experience was ok. Sherman
