I waited two and a half months for a carbon filter and they then send me a regular filter I could have bought two and a half months ago two blocks away. I chose to wait for the less expensive but lasts twice as long carbon 'candle' filter. When I open the package I'm so pissed. No explanation, nothing. Then I call and they only say it's still on back order. I think an established company, who profits from repeat customers coming back to get more filters, would explain in a note, in an email, something? Obviously I'm not a valued customer who's now sending back the filter and getting a better filter system. From a better class of company.
The product is good and is working properly. The deliver just took longer then promised.
I ordered two Mountain Pure MT661/RFC and was shipped two Aqua Cera W******* instead. The FreshWaterSystems.com receipt reflected the former product but received the latter. When I called the 877 number I was told the substitute product was the same even though it was manufactured elsewhere.
Recommend that you not be surprised by confirming in advance you will receive what the paperwork reflects.

Super easy to remove old filters and install new ones. Just a bit messy wet compared to the real RO with replacable filters without the casing. Just shock with the sky high price.
