I am very satisfied with my experience as the part was the correct one and was shipped to me expeditiously. Their prices that they offered on the part I needed to resolve my leaky water softener was the most competitive that I could find.

I have no complaints in terms of the online purchase process in process. It was simple and we received the 6 pack MWF filters within few days as scheduled. My only issue is to make more available the local MWF vs. the international. However they're practically the same.

We bought the wrong faucet. Told them via email but when they didn't answer us in a week we returned the faucet. Since then they communicated to tell us we messed up but we still haven't moved forward to be reimbursed and purchase a different faucet.

A replacement 3M water filter leaked and tasted of chlorine. Earlier filters had no such problem. Freshwater tells me the 'warranty rep' requires photos and scientific measurements of chlorine levels, before and after. I do not plan to hire someone to conduct tests, even though I still have the old filter---which had NO SUCH PROBLEM. I do not care if I am being jerked around by 3M or Freshwater. This is poor service.

I ORDERED A UV LAMP THAT I NEEDED ASAP, BECAUSE MY DUE DATE WAS APPROACHING; BUT I GOT THE WRONG PART. I FOUND ANOTHER VENDOR IN FLORIDA AND I HAD TO PAY EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON TIME.

I ordered a single one gallon water jar. I was told it would be on back order up to two weeks. It took over a month.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. Received it within a few days.
