My experience was satisfactory with the service and the product.

Product not working properly and Freshwater will not honor return of pump.

One item that we had ordered was missing from the shipment when it arrived and when I called to inquire, the representative did not just take my word that it was missing but had to check the tracking info to confirm that the package was too light. The item did eventually arrive, but what would have happened had it been too light to affect the weight of the package?

The product is very good but it took forever to get it. Had to find it somewhere else to get the job done.

My experience in ordering and receiving my purchase was good. The problem I have is I am very displeased with the survey e-mailed to me from Freshwater Systems which just tries to lead you into receiving magazines you do not want. I will have to think twice before I order again from Freshwater Systems because of the survey.

These filters did not include two parts that I needed so I had to purchase others at the hardware store. I was upset to find out I had to pay for shipping to return and a restocking fee. The $28 filter has now cost me a fortune!

We had issues with the water system after a new pressure tank install. I was directed on how to disinfect the system. Even though it took 3 cycles it was corrected. The individuals involved were very helpful and courteous. A maintenance was also suggested on prevention of any future problems
