The bottleholder is advertised as fitting a 16 to 20 oz bottle of water. I couldn't get it on a 16 oz bottle, let alone a 20 oz

Order was filled correctly, shipped promptly, and received quickly.

I received the two bottles of spa test strips with an expirattion date of 1/1/15.
I called and told the customer service dept. that they would not be used up
By then. I was told that they would see if they could send me replacements
With a better use by date. I have not heard from them since I talked to them

We purchased a case of filters from FreshwaterSystems. The process was fast and easy. Will definately use again.

It has been three weeks - order was shipped and expensive shipping billed but nothing has turned up. Post office priority mail only takes 4 days.

E-mailed company to ask them what they were doing about it and there was no response.

I'm out $300.00 and received nothing.

My order was processed and shipped very quickly. I ordered late on a Friday afternoon and it arrived early on the following Tuesday. I also got the best price on the web.

My only issue with the transaction is they didn't tell me the part was out of stock and on re-order until a day or two after I bought it. That said, it did arrive much sooner than they said it would. After informing me of the delay

Wrong parts called to cancel order prior to shipping was told do you know how many packages we would have to go through to find it then told to call when package arrives, called when items arrived prior rep failed to mention fee for restocking and shipping fees were up to me he suggested I should just keep items. Talk about terrible service, your company gets F++

Ordered three related items. Received quickly, but one was wrong item. Matter handled well. Received label to return wrong item and received correct item. Satisfied with service.

Bought the water purifier at costco, but the filters are not carried by Costco anymore.
Prices are as cheap as Costco, and easy order and fast shipping.

Always excellent service amd great products. One small issue: i asked for a filter removal tool, amd the one suggested by the live chat assisstant turned out to be too big. I need to return it and get.the right one. Otherwise, very happy. Shipping is fast. I like Freshwater Systems a lot!
