We received our parts ok, but you need to tape up the boxes a little better. The bottom was half open and the parts could of fell out.

After an exhaustive search for the filters locally, so happy to find them on the internet.

The description of the product was enticing. I bought it, it was delivered quickly and the product works as advertised. What more can I say?

I'm very pleased with the product. It was one of the few double spigot faucets for filtered water. My only complaint was that even my handyman had a hard time setting it up. He had to purchase washers and tape to take care of tiny leaks. It does work fine now tho.
