Exactly what I needed and shipped quickly. I'll definitely use Freshwater again.
A filter pack was ordered, consisting of 1 ea. Pre filter, 1 ea. Post filter and a RO filter. What was shipped me was a pre filter, post filter and a sediment lead filter. Two people from the company they would get the RO filter to me, and two weeks I have not heard anything from the company, nor did I receive a RO filter.
At time of order, was told all three items in stock. After four days and no shipping email, made another call was told items were in stock and "it" was in shipping dept. another call later and I was told one item was back ordered so entire shipment had been held. After canceling the "out of stock" item I finally received fed ex email tracking info on the two items. That site showed that the package was in Georgia with no movement for the next five days. Finally received order almost two weeks and three calls after initial order.
I bought a placement quick connect from CPC on the basis of color and suspected 1/2 inch threads. No part numbers! After receipt of part, I determine it is 3/8 inch threads and cannot return it ( they say that when you order it). Then I pay $19.00 for shipping and handling on UPS. Why don't they send it by USPS for a fraction of the cost? I reordered the 3/8 inch thread part for under $10.00 and paid an additional 19.00 in shipping and handling. Customer service? I ask you?

I ordered 2 filters to replace those in my Multipure water filtering system. They were half the price of the ones offered by Multipure and seem to be working fine. They arrived quickly, and I look forward to purchasing more items from FreshwaterSystems in the future.

Ordered on line, item delivered as promised. Satin Nickel RO faucet matches our kitchen faucet and stainless steel sink. Plumber installed this faucet with our drinking water system, and they work well, and look good.
I have been order various filters from this location and very satusfy on the accuracy and delivery schedule. I would recommend this.

I thought the RO system was getting g plugged bit after checking the system over, I discovered a failed pressure switch for the RO pump. I ordered replacement switch and bingo, great pressure restored. Would highly recommend thank you
