I need two parts for my 15 year old well filter that I thought would be hard to find. They were in stock, reasonably priced and delivered promptly. Will use them again and would recommend them.

Drain cleaner works great, just as advertised. Ordered on-line and had product in hand shortly there after. I have purchased many types of drain cleaners; however, this one proved to do it's job quickly. My plumber isn't going to get a call anytime soon to power ague out my drains...

Ordered simple part. Checked the box that asked if a similar product would be okay. 2 weeks later I had to call them to ask why they were still "processing" my order. Was informed that part was back ordered but they had a different one they could use. I said well then use it! They finally shipped.

With receiving our order of UV light combo damaged in shipment, Fresh Water replaced the damaged UV light in a very reasonable time frame and gave their apologies for receiving damaged. Great Experience..

Only 3 in the family now so the smaller filter lasts the full year. Easy install too.
