Had a defective zipper on my neo tote bottle sleeve. The customer service rep was great. Very efficient. I had an email confirming replacement within an hour.

I love your products…but I need a new O-ring for my filter, and the affiliate in my area said he doesn't service my area…. I still have not been able to find the parts I need for the filter. Replacement cartridges are easy to re-order, but not the ancillary parts.

I awaited about 6-8 weeks for my distiller because of a backordered reservoir. I didn't get the call backs that I requested. I didn't appreciate not getting feedback. I would have been assured that Freshwater was aware of the tardiness of my shipment and was working on it.

What can I write about water filters. They fit? They work? They are nicely white and blue.

The agent was an order taker and should be trained to ask a few questions concerning the customer's situation.
