I ordered the tea jar in late August or early September, it only arrived week before last. I also ordered a jar lid for $1.59 because you can't find these anywhere. The lid never arrived but at least I wasn't charged for it.
No emails to let me know, I had to check with them. Took about 3 months to get them. They said it was a problem with the international shipping... I say don't sell something and take my money if you don't have it in the warehouse!
I ordered something that was a little difficult to find, even on the Internet. Well, they had it and I ordered. Not only that, but when I received it, I didn't understand something about the product, and emailed customer service. They got back with me VERY quickly on my several emails bouncing back and forth and took care of my questions. One of the better companies I have ever dealt with on the Internet. I normally don't even do reviews, but figured they deserved it after all the "hassle" I put them through. Thanks again!
I purchase all of ultra violet bulbs from freshwater systems. They have never let me down.

Easy to use. Looks fine on counter. Not much larger than coffee maker. Have only had one week and have distilled 2 times per day and always once overnight. More than adequate for 2 person household - we use distilled water for cooking, coffee and for drinking. Water is crystal clear and better tasting than RO. My cardiologist recommended distilled as RO does not remove adequate levels of salt from whole house water softener. Love it and recommend without reservation.
I needed to replace an instant hot water tank that is obsolete. I emailed Freshwater and asked which tank I could use instead. They answered promptly and I ordered the tank from them. They also had the best price I could find.
The filter is just a little too long, it slightly compresses when installing causing it to crease.
I wanted a three way valve to divert flow from one direction to another. Tech people set me up with a angle stop valve (not the same). If it had worked, needed to adapt fittings to 1/2" OD tubing press fittings. Parts recommended by Tech did not accomplish this goal. Whole purchase returned for refund. Will be penalized for return shipping and restock. Given bad tech advice, and fact I have now learned you don't sell the desired 3-way diversion valve, this penalty does not seem just. Oh well, the total cost of the items was much (~$30).
I really like that there are real people to talk to when you have a problem. They helped us get in much needed replacement filters and UV lamps quickly. I've never had any problems with this company and hope they continue on for a very long time!
And I am still waiting resolution of needed return process.
