I have ordered from this company twice now, and have had to shut my credit card down after both transactions due to credit card fraud. I will not order from this company in the future.

I thoughly researched the Fleck water softener system so I knew that it would work well. It was a good choice to replace my aged Culligan unit. But during the installation I had a few questions. It came with no instructions for set up or operation. I received no help from the staff on the phone or on line chat. I ended up finding the info I needed on a competitors web site. You can my this system from many teatailers. I would try someone else.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect wall bracket for the pressure regulator I bought but they did not catch it and shipped me the part I ordered. The regulator I got does not work properly. I worte them an e-mail on both issues, stating that the wrong bracket was not their fault but it would have been nice for their customer service dept. to contact me before shipping. I never heard back from them. In the future I will gladly spend a little more elsewhere for better service.

I am so pleased with my purchase, although I had to wait about two months as it was out of stock. (I purchased the 1-gallon jug with screw-on pour cap with handle.)
I would have given five stars, but the cap is no longer available to buy alone as a replacement. (In case the original breaks.) The price is EXCELLENT, so I may just order a second one for backup. I prefer this type of jar over the ones with the spigot on the bottom, as they tend to leak after a while. This is an awesome product, and I hope it continues to be offered.

Although I did receive exactly what I ordered & needed, the shipping speed was falsely advertised. Upon ordering, I understood that I'd receive my shipment within 1 to 2 days. After entering my credit card information to secure the purchase I was then informed that the product had been back ordered and should arrive within the next 3-4 weeks. When it didn't arrive by the end of that period of time I received another email extending its delivery time again and a 3RD email informing me of the backorder when it didn't arrive within the next month! I did receive the item buy the shipping took 2-3 MONTHS instead of 1-2 days as I was originally informed.
