Ordered kitchen sink hot water dispenser. It was received two days later in perfect condition. Love my hot water dispenser and the price and delivery from Freshwater Systems was superb.

My order was at the right price and delivered within a timely manner.

Was told I would receive a return number within 3 days. Have not heard a thing since.

The flex pipe between my potable water intake and my whole house water filter began to leak/drip. I ordered the new S/S flex pipe and it was delivered without a problem except that my system was not the expected 1-1/4" standard but a larger 1-1/2" connection. I had to send the part back and order the larger 1-1/2" S/S flex pipe. This all was done smoothly and without any issues.

My plumber and I had to search the internet and YouTube for guidance on a few aspects of installing the Everpure water filter system. Finally called customer support at Everpure. Shouldn't the manual be included with the purchase? I think so.

1 gallon glass jars were shipped very promptly. Received in good condition. Jars were even better quality than expected - exactly the same as the one included with my Mini-Classic CT Distiller.

Ok. I made an error in ordering two refill cartridges only needed one once I saw the product; wanted to return one of the items. Was told about a 15% restocking!

Order was taken and delivery was very prompt. Cost was a third of
Plumbing warehouses. Product was perfect and is operating beyond expectations.

I ordered 2 filters, I ordered correctly but the wheahouse sent my one of the filters being incorrect. I asked to return it and send me the correct one that you guys mixed up. Also paid for 2 day delivery. Not sure what the mix up was, but it took 3 weeks to get the correct order that I paid 2 day delivery for. Luckily there was a really nice lady that helped me out and I really wished I remembered her name.

They always get the order 100% correct every time.

Making order online was pretty easy. I was glad that I ordered a foot more than what I originally need because I was shipped half a foot less than what I ordered. Please make sure to measure the length of the order accurately. The second order was cut correctly.

Had a very small order and it came on time and fit perfect.
