Item shipped quickly. Things were packaged well. Price was competitive. Appreciated free shipping depending on total order cost.
Ordered bag of filtration media. Everything was fine - packaging, shipping, product, etc. Took off one star because did not supply safety data sheet with the shipment - I had to call for it. They did respond quickly with the information.
Only issue was my order was back ordered and took about 2 months to get to me. But I do love the product.
I bought my system from them a few years ago and have ordered replacement filters from them ever since. They have great prices, and are fast on the shipping. Replacement filters are well packed. And I might add they do not gouge you on the shipping costs.
First I called to clarify, extremely helpful. Then I ordered on line, went smooth as glass and received within a week. Can't beat tat service! Opened the box and all checked out, I am handicapped so can't get under the sink but my buddy that is out of the country until tomorrow promised to change the filters the next day.
Back to my great water. Yay!

This seller was quick to send the product and the filters were exactly as described. Would buy here again
When I placed the order by phone I was informed that one item was BO'd but would be available to be shipped in 5 days. I updated my contact info at the same time. Customer Service called the home phone number, which I had eliminated from my current contact info since I'm not there during daytime business hours. When I returned the call discovered the item wouldn't be available for 2-3 months and they wanted to make a substitution. I didn't want a substitution. If I had know that when I placed the order I would have ordered from another resource. I then had to scurry to get that one product from another source and pay shipping since I did not have a large enough total. I would seriously reconsider order from this firm again.

Refrigerater filter was correct replacement. It would have been nice to order on the phone when I called, but would have been charged handling fee. I had to order online.

My test strips came fast. My only concern is that the products are all very close to their expiration dates... I'm not sure if they are measuring ph correctly.
