Had to order some water filters, didn't have any problems navigating through the website, it was very simple.
The part I ordered was back ordered. I received a call to not only notify me but to offer alternative parts that would work. I actually ended up spending less. Very pleased with customer follow up.
I order all my RO replacement cartridges, well water filters, tubing and tubing connectors here now. Freshwatersystems has the best selection I could find and their prices are great! Quick shipping too!
The neo-pure CT01-2510 did not fit my GE model 10 RO unit. The filters look exactly the same and are very, very close in size, but were just a smidge too tall. They fit into the canister and the canister would screw onto my unit, but when water was allowed into the system, it sprayed out everywhere because the smidge too tall filters would not allow the unit to create the proper water tight seal. I went to Home Depot and purchased filters that fit properly. I am hoping these filters will fit my other (non-GE) RO unit as the company said they would. I have not installed them in my other RO unit yet.

From the first time I contacted Freshwater Systems I received incredibly quick and satisfying information. Loral patiently answered every question, and sent brochures for me to study. I came to understand that the systems he had suggested for my situation were superior to what I had been considering. I was thrilled and ordered them. The delivery was fast. The results are wonderful. The water is clear and no longer stains the sinks and toilets. The pipes seldom scream; apparently the water is clearing the pipes and the instant hot water heaters as he had suggested they would. I couldn't be more pleased.

It took FreshwaterSystems 7 full days to get the package to the USPS facility. Customer support said it must have gotten on the wrong truck. Once the post office received the package it only took 3 days for me to receive it.
A person answered the phone, which I like! She looked back over my order and helped to get the correct filter. She was very helpful and I took a very shot time. She had an American voice, so I could understand her.
