My recent experience with Freswater Systems was a shipping notification, even though I had not ordered anything since last January.
This caused me to tasked the time to contact the company, and I was told the notification was a mistake. I am still unsure whether I will be mistakenly charged for this mistaken order.

I ordered and rec'd exactly what i needed and wanted.

I didn't order anything from your company. I got an email that said I ordered filters with a USPS link. That link went nowhere. My credit card was not charged. No filter was received in the mail.

There was a great selection to choose from. Shipping was fast. And good pricing. Thank You.

The filters I bought have not only cleaned up my water but have reached further and have cleaned my son's web browser history too. Now everything is whistle clean.

I was notified after placing my order that the product was on back order, I wish I would have been notified when purchasing. After a month and still not receiving my order I was notified again that it would be ANOTHER month! The product is great so far, just wish the shipping had been faster.

Products originating from USA identified in description. $100 gets me all the RO/DI water I can use for 6 months.

I ordered 3 filters and received one 1. The issue I have is that no one contacted me nor did they follow up with a note or email telling me 1) why they only sent one filter, and 2) when the other 2 would be sent or shipped.

I honestly feel they don't care about me, the customer, nor do the have any quality control In place to ensure exceptional client service.

I ordered a sedimate trap system with filter. The filter was not in the package when received. Called back they said they will ship it out I asked for overnight shipping at their cost due to their mistake said that was against their policy and would ship out via usps ground. Hmmm

The product pricing was excellent, the product shipped immediately and arrived exactly as promised. Exactly the online shopping experience that I am always looking for.

They always deliver parts which are ordered on time, and the parts are of the quality which is specified. However the recommendations given on designing new systems are not always timely and sometimes parts with too low of a pressure rating were suggested (resulting in failures down the road), as well as having problems referencing past orders when they changed over all of their old part numbers.

Had been looking all over for this product. It was exactly what i needed to connect my RO under the sink vanity. Quick delivery, higly recommend this company

My water treatment system needs new filters at regular intervals. I also have a refrigerator that needs a specific filter. Your company provided both and delivered within the promised date. Your prices are also competitive. Thanks.

Ordered online direct through their website. Small box with our filter arrived about 10-14 days later. Works with no problems!
