Got it 6 days after I bought it, I can't give a full review until I change it in 6 months. The good thing here is I saved $14. If the price stays the same, I would say that the Freshwater Systems got a Happy New Customer. I'll be back...

Have been doing business with FRESHWTER SYSTEMS for several years and am always amazed and pleased at how fast the order is received. The quality of the filters for our ice machines is outstanding.

I ordered several different filters and all were correct but 4 were wrong. The day I received the order I sent a contact to FreshWater explaining the mistake and have never heard from them

Easy on line purchasing. And easy one minute installation, less time than it took unpacking the filter. I only need to flip off the water flow control, unfasten the old, then fasten on the new cartridge. I love it, and gave been using this filter system for over 15 years.

The prices dropped since i last purchased, what a great surprise and made price shopping unnecessary

I always have an easy time ordering and shipping is always prompt.

The website was helpful and the chat assistant was very nice and easy to work with.

First contact was seeking some info on parts for an under-sink water filtration unit.

I ordered water filters for my GE Profile refidgerator. I thought I would get off brand filters, but they are genuine GE filters. They were a lot less money than other sites. I will use them again.

One bottle arrived to me with a cracked handle. I simply chatted with a customer service rep online to request a replacement. I only had to email them pictures of the broken bottle, the shipping box, and address label. They sent out a replacement. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of returning the broken one. I will order from them again.

Was easily able to search google for a distributer of the product I was looking for - went to distro website, price was fantastic and 90% of the filter specs were listed! Made the purchase and two days later filter arrived. That was easy.

My item was on back order; and when the item became available, my credit card number had been changed. Freshwater shipped my item anyway even though they could not be sure that they would be paid for it. (They were; I responded promptly to their email requesting a new card number.) The item, a bottle suitable for iced tea, was a hard to find item and is excellent.
