From the very first contact with Freshwater, the service/attention has been excellent. We have asked them to go beyond the norm in some instances and they did not waiver.
Every year we order that UV bulb for our water system. Every year the service is perfect. We receive the bulb, well packed, within a few days.
I have been a customer of Freshwater Systems for about 3 years now. I bought the Sterilight UV water treatment system. I have ordered new lights every year and the service has always been great -- the free shipping is actually pretty fast in comparison to some sites that offer free shipping. My only complaint with them this time is that they sent me a different brand of UV light with no explanation. I have contacted them via their contact e-mail to inquire as to why but I have not received an answer yet. UPDATE: They did e-mail me and explained that the brand I received was the parent company of Sterilight and that they are the same. I'll update their rating to 5 stars.
This is my second order from this company for the same water filter. I was disappointed with the quality of the filter I received recently. It was of cheaper material and smaller around but was suppose to replace the original product and be the same. As far as receiving the order quickly, that was not a problem.
Not very good. Big banner for free shipping if you spend so many $ My order was well above this and quoted customer. However after I placed order and you read the fine print their major lines of what they sell are excluded. Lost money on this quote to customer.

I ordered a large glass jar and a separate lid over a month ago. My order was delayed twice due to issues with the supplier, or so I was told. I did eventually get the glass jar, but never received the separate lid. I was not charged for the separate lid, but never received an explanation as to why the separate lid was never delivered. I chose this company expressly because I could (allegedly) get a separate lid. So, I was disappointed.
I ordered the product to be told it was to be there in 2 days. After watching the tracking number and seeing it wasn't' to be there for a week I called to check out why I hadn't been notified. The lady was rude and said she was only responsible for shipping the product.
The product was good but the customer service is horrible. They don't like helping you and she was trying to tell me this was all my fault. This ended by having to sign for the package which was no big deal but it was never disclosed in the buying process. She said it was the shippers requirement though they knew about it. But it was never disclosed in the buying process. I would not buy from them again. Too much hassle!
We order our product in on Net 30 Po's. From what I gathered on your website, we would be able to do that, but the person that took my order said it couldn't even be considered. We will try to figure something else out. Thank you...
I ordered easily, they came when they said. I have not installed yet, but hoping they work fine. Much cheaper online, will order this way again.
The overall customer service was good. Though disappointed that the bulb failed at 5 1/2 months to begin with, and that they did not warranty the sleeve as well that we bought with the original bulb, so it cost us to replace it.
Also the fact that it took almost a week for a call to come back to us that the light would be covered in warranty, as if we bought a replacement and paid for it, the companies would have been quick to send it out. I would like to see the same with warranted items.

On 2 separate occasions, I ordered filters, that when shipped, were not the depicted by the online descriptions and part numbers. On both occasions, I tried to contact Fresh Water Systems to correct the problem. On both occasions, they failed to respond to my inquiries. Be wary of false labeling of products at Fresh Water Systems!
