Even since I bought the system, it vibrates before the air gap kicks in. I called twice to speak with a tech but was put on hold by a young sounding lady and then the line went dead. I have replaced all of the filters but it still vibrates.

This was a replacement for aQuick and Hot 780. I could not get parts for it so I had to replace it. The unit works great and was pretty easy to install.
Shipped fast. Received in excellent condition. Replaced the quartz sleeve and the lamp and as soon as I primed it and powered it up the A3 error msg's were gone and the indicator went all the way to 99% and has been there ever since
I needed to order filter replacements. I couldn't make the web site work for me. The people on the phone were helpful and efficient. I had a question, also, and got a helpful response

I was sent the wrong part and when I called to ask for the correct part (which I paid second day delivery service for) I was told that I had to wait for an email to be sent by someone with an email *******@freshwatersystems.com to arrange for a pickup by FedEx before they would sent out the part I ordered. It has been three weeks sent I submitted my original order and I have still not received my order or and email regarding the return of the wrong product. The is without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced from any online order I have ever placed.
