Easy to install and provides good water pressure. Only thins I don't like we're the lack of instructions and information on the pump and it is very noisy.
Tried all local hardware and plumbing stores and Lowes store looking for high temp tubing. I was ready to buy a new hot water dispenser when I found you on line. You helped me postpone a $250. Purchase with a $5. Piece of hose.

I found the perfect small drinking faucet with undercounter filter on Freshwater Systems - I had been looking for quite a few years & this was the only place I found it. I also added a refrigerator filter to my order as it was cheaper than buying it locally. I talked to a customer service rep prior to finalizing the order to make sure all parts to install the faucet & under-counter filter were included. I was to received this prior to company coming for Thanksgiving. My order was subsequently delayed due to back-order on the frig filter so I did not get the faucet in time for my Thanksgiving company - no advance notice so that I could as least get the faucet system. Then the faucet & filter arrived with the wrong connections - I believe 1/4" instead of 1/2". The installer had to go to a plumbing company & purchase approximately $18.00 for two filter connections plus all the other attachments needed for the hoses, etc. The entire kid of connections was not correct. I didn't have time to contact Freshwater Systems to get the proper parts. So other than costing me an additional $18.00 & two visits by the installer, I do absolutely love my new faucet & was grateful to finally find it. I had one years ago in another state but couldn't locate another one like it for many years for my new house.

Customer service team member ate at my restaurant and noticed i had an ice filtration system that i knew nothing about. Because she was a good friend of mine, we ordered the filters, got them the next day and helped me replace them. I wouldnt have known if it wasnt pointed out to me. She looked out for my customers and business.
Ordered my part weds night/thursday morning and got it Monday afternoon. Part went right on and fit like it's supposed to.
We ordered a water pump from Freshwater Systems on November 9th, 2015. When it arrived the box was beat up and the pump housing was cracked in several places and a metal piece bent. We called Customer Service and explained the situation. The cust. Serv. Rep was very nice. Asked us to email photos and he would begin the process of replacement. I emailed 14 photos. No response acknowledging the photos had gotten there, or notification the other pump was on the way. Nothing. Since then we have made 17 phone calls to try to get a new pump. We have only received ONE return phone call. Today is Dec. 4th and we still have no pump, the money is gone and delivery is still a week off! I've been waiting since yesterday to speak with a customer service manager. So, I have no idea if the pump is any good-we don't have one. I can't ask what happened or even leave a complaint and the frustration level is high! If they didn't have our money, we would have taken our business elsewhere. We will not use Freshwater Systems again.
I called and talked to someone in technical because I was unsure of what I wanted. After talking to the employee, the decision of which filter I wanted was easy and I ordered 4 of them.
The wrong filters were shipped to me. They would not send the correct filters until the wrong filters were returned. The 5 day delay in getting me a call tag caused them to be 2 weeks to get my filters
