I felt the pictures and write-ups were sufficient to determine which filter I needed.
I needed water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator and discovered FreshwaterSystems via my online search. I had already ordered, received, and tried a "green" generic filter from another online store but it didn't fit even though it was advertised that it would. Lesson learned... I'm sticking with Whirlpool-specific filters. Not only did FreshwaterSystems have the least expensive name brand filters, they had free shipping, too! Thank you FreshwaterSystems. I'm a fan and a future customer.

The experience was great. Lots of inventory and quick delivery with a good price.
It was pretty good at first there was some doubt about me getting a defective bulb but after I was redirected to the sterilite company then back it seemed ok, I did have to resubmit all the information again and I haven't checked to see if my account has been credited for sure but it sounded like all was taken care of.

It takes a while to get parts and they are sometimes out of stock. Delivery times have improved over the last year, but they are a long way from turn around times like McMaster-Carr and DigiKey.
