I ordered 1 6 pack of 28 oz Poly Guard. I recieved 1 5 lb container. They dont equal.
I sent a e-mail back. I have not received any e-mail, adjustment, or anything back.
I won't order from them again.

Dan was very helpful in explaining what could be very complicated information. Because of Dan's help, I placed the order for the filter, and plan to purchase a whole home filter in the near future.

Water tastes great. The only thing that slightly bugs me is the fact that due to the full contact nature of the unit my TDS meter cannot tell me the what the ppm value breakdown is. I have 90 ppm results and I cannot tell how much of it is put back by the unit.

Ordered cartridges for my RO System and they were delivered in 5 days. Took 10 minutes to install and everything works as normal. Certainly will use this site again and have recommended to 8 friends so far. Only drawback is that they want me to install them when the arrive.

The filter gasket kits that I ordered were received properly packaged (i. E. not "over-packaged" but sufficiently protected) and in a very reasonable time.

Multiple issues with shipping, some of which may fall on FedEx, but Freshwater Systems communications and customer service have been woefully lacking/not at all helpful. My package has yet to be delivered and I have yet to hear from a company representative despite requesting to speak with someone 7 days ago.

I ordered 3 low price lamps in the past year or so and have problems with all of them this time I got a sterilite uv lamp and found it to be of much higher quality it works good I will use them in the future as it is worth the extra cost

I purchased a RO-132 storage tank but didn't open the box because I discovered that my problem was a defective new filter. I wanted to return the unopened box for a refund but was told that there would be a 15% restocking fee plus I would pay for the return shipping. It would have cost me about $24 and I would have nothing to show for it. Bad policy in today's age when most merchants would refund the payment price.
