I have an issue with a water pump. I called in for help and they said they would call back the next business day, but they didn't.
It took 3 business days before they shipped out an order. I tried to cancel it on day 3 but they said it was too late even though they couldn't provide me with a tracking number.

I knew what i wanted and ordered it. They sent me what i ordered.

They had the part needed for my water system and I ordered it and received it in a few days.

Competitive prices and shipping costs. Product arrived as expected with no issues.

I called to talk to customer service. I was on hold for 20 minutes. The lady was not helpful at all and she was rather rude. She didn't help me at all. It was a waste of time. I ended up ordering a different part with Amazon.

I had a great experience with this company and we had spoke and got what I needed.

Ordered online. Was able to search the product quickly, and check out. In a week, the product was on my doorstep. No hassle at all.

I probably need to discuss this with a representative. I received two faucets, and two RO units one was missing the top. I only ordered one unit. I also did not receive any manual or installation instructions. I'm assuming they should be included. I probably need a call tag to return the items I never ordered but received.

Product was delivered on time and at a fair price.

The filters I ordered did not fit. Fresh Water Systems gave me a refund without any hastle. I did not have to pay for return shipping. You can't beat that! If I could give six stars, I would. Thank you Fresh Water Systems.

It would be nice if a notification was e-mailed showing the ship date or when the product shipped. I had to contact you to find out this information.

No problems whatsoever with my purchase - and the product works perfectly - the shipping originated with FedEx but unfortunately was handed off to the postal service which delayed delivery and that service is often less than stellar - I would have preferred a straight through delivery with FedEx. I would purchase from this vendor again and will.
