You did not send me the filter I ordered and paid for. You sent me the "green writing" international GE refrig. Filter, which you said is the "same" as the one I ordered. Well, IT DOESN'T WORK. I GET NOTHING BUT DRIPPING WATER. I've changed enough filters that I know I did it correctly. You sent me an incompatible filter or a USED one, instead of sending; my money back. I am not accepting this. I am going to report you for taking a senior citizen's money and sending me something I didn't order and does not work.
I ordered my filters over the internet. I had no problem with the ordering of these filters. The order was sent and I received it without any problems.

Placed online orders on two consecutive days, first order arrived within three days as indicated on the shipping notification. Shipping notification indicated second order should arrive within three days. Took eleven days for delivery. Not sure where the error occurred, but the tracking site had the order going to a postal site in Vale, NC, then back to Greenville. The order was supposed to go from Greenville, SC to Columbia, SC. The first order tracking record did not show that package going to the Vale site. Had a job on hold, for a week, due to the shipping delay.
Called the day after I placed the order to have an item removed. The person said they could not see the order in their system but could see it ion the web. I asked the person to remove the item or let me know other wise. Never heard a word and I received the item I did not want. Poor customer service.
Freshwater systems has good filters and at a good price. The delivery time is adequate. If you want it quick, you'll need to spend additional money.
Free delivery would have taken a long time.
I chose 3 day delivery, and it was way too expensive.
