I did not like my experience with FreshwaterSystems. I ordered the correct item. Your company sent me the wrong item. I called three or four times before someone could help me. You could have sent me the correct filter. You made the mistake. I told you the name of the filter I needed. The people played games with me on the phone. I spoke with Ryan Ext. 1812. He told me he could not help me because it was Friday. Thank God for Taneisha who helped me immediately.
Shipped out same day I ordered it. Exactly what I ordered and wanted.
I really appreciate the help that I was given and personal service. This was a satisifying experience and we now have a great filtration system for a great price. I recommend Freshwater Systems.
Ordered an air gap with a specific fitting. I was sent the air gap but with the wrong fitting. Instead of going through the hassle of a return, I just made it work.

Was easy to change and the water tastes great. The price was fantastic and better than what was offered at other sites.
I was looking for a John Guest, 3/8" to 5/16" reducing elbow to connect Pex for a Delta faucet. No one had it. The John Guest Distributor for North America had never heard of one. Fresh Water Systems had it in stock. I ordered it on line and it arrived very quickly.
Their sales people were not as knowledgeable as I had hoped, but they were still very helpful.
My order was to be delivered by Fedx. The package took five days to move from Ct. To Mass. We did not want to take the chance drinking water that was not run through the mini-pure system and its ultraviolet light and sleeve that was ordered through Freshwater Systems. Sent an email to the company awhile back, no response to my displeasure of how long to receive my order.
Costomer service was very good. The FedEx shipping was unsatisfactory. First item received damaged. Costomer service investigated and sent a replacement in a timely manner.
There seems to be confusion between me and Freshwater customer service. They are anxious to deliver and charge my credit card but not in a hurry to give me my credit for the wrong order placed. I ordered online a water filter that I felt was ordered incorrectly and because I had ordered online I had no recourse. I was told originally I would not have to pay for the return postage and had to wait several days to receive a RMA sent via email only to find out I had to pay for the return postage. The postage was $17.00, however I would have to wait another 7 days after your company received my return for a credit card credit. I am still waiting. With that being said the company was prompt in sending out the merchandise.
They carry all the items that I needed, the online chat was not as helpful as I wished, but using internet can make anybody an expert of anything! The items arrived as expected. I also wished that they had a cheaper shipping option, currently even if one buys a 0.59 cent item he/she still has to pay 5 dollars for shipping which seems too much, but as I could not find any other online/local store that carries everything that I needed, I used them.
When I ordered my product I asked if there was some sort of discount, available I was told no that the the product mark up was too s mall to offer any discount. After I ordered the next day I received a sale available on the product, and received that add for many weeks. Bad feelings.
The pump is fine. The delivery process was a problem. Even though I indicated it was to be delivered to an office that closed at 5 pm, they insisted that they would deliver it before 8. The first day they assured me on the phone they would deliver it before 8pm, and I waited until 8 pm., they did not show up. The second day they came at around 7pm and only left a tag. Did not ring bell, and the only reason I could catch the truck was that I could hear it driving away. I had to chase it down. Not a good system
Part ordered received sooner than expected, but quantites of two different small and similar parts were wrong, too many of a smaller size and too few of a larger size. Called Freshwater Systems and they are sending the correct quantity with no questions.
Very easy to work with and very efficient. I would highly recommend Freshwater Systems!
Very happy with delivery response time and modern look
I ordered 2 Everpure ADC filters, one for me, the other for a friend. Freshwater systems had the best price of any vendors on the internet. Order was easy, however, their order system had difficulty taking my home billing address and a different shipping address for my credit card payment. I called them and the agent/rep took care of it.
