When looking for parts for reverse osmosis system, I also found filter for my refrigerator which saved me a trip to the store.

In our refrigerator these units only fit after a modification with a Stanley knife!

The items were easy to find on the website. I have an old Amway filter that has been discontinued. Freshwater Systems had a replacement filter - fits and works just fine. Great service and quick shipping.

When I installed the filter it had a leak, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out it came without the washer, I was going to return it but I replaced it with the old one.

The reason that I gave 3 stars because the price is reasonable comparing to other online vendors, but it took too long (2 1/2 weeks, longer than estimated date) to deliver to my home.

I got good response from the seller, but the USPS delayed the package. Totally not the sellers responsibility. I will do business with them again.

I had been ordering my RO filters from pure earth technologies. After a very bad experience I decided to find my replacement filters elsewhere. Much better customer experience and the filters cost less. What more could you ask for. Will order again when I need new filters.

The shipping company failed to deliver my order in the expedited manner requested, and FS refunded the shipping cost. IOW, they treated their customer in the appropriate manner.

The filters do not clean the water as they should. I tested the filtered water and it was showing 60. Drinkable water should test something between 0 and 50.
I am not sure if the filters were new. I paid for new ones

I purchased some fittings for the water filtration system I use for backpacking. The same fittings are sold by camelback and platypus as "quick connect kits" for $5-8 a pair. I was able to get them for less than $2 a pair at Freshwater Systems. Thanks for the great deal!

I wanted something, I found it easily on the web page, It was reasonably priced, I ordered it, and it showed up on time. Hell, the product even worked, unlike the equivalent product that I had spent an hour finding at the Home Depot. No defects. It was packaged well too.
