Received items on 12/23/2015 and found item #05-0097A (UV lamp) broken. Need to have this item replaced.
One of the parts to the filter was damaged and would not thread. Since notifying Freshwater Systems I've been told for almost 30+ days that the part is on backorder.
1-17-2016 Update- I received the replacement on 12-20-2015, installed and the system is working correctly. I've also just been contacted by customer service to follow up which is a very welcome response. I've used this company in the past with no problems and I've updated this rating from 2 to 3 stars. Again this is only for this one experience as my previous experiences have been very good.
Was told 2 times by 2 different people that they would call me, and no call back, also very slow to receive call tag for return of wrong item

This was the only place that I found original filters for my RainSoft system. Every where else said 'or compatible' we all know that's code for Chinese. Anyway I'm happy.

Had problem ordering via computer. My plumber advise the site and what to order.
However computer kept giving me the run around. Finally I called the 800 number.
Spoke with Ryan who was very helpful and polite. Package arrived in time advised.
