I love the vast array of parts in stock but i hate the shipping i dont always need 100 dollars worth of parts to qualify for free shipping! Need a better economy shipping options on small orders 10 dollars is too much for 15 dollars in parts if they had cheaper shipping options for small orders they would be the best supplier online!
Only four stars instead of five, reason ordered an item kept sending me the wrong item. That being said they are some of the nicest people I have had the privilege to come in contact with. They have worked diligently to solve my problem, at this point it has not been totally resolved but I have great confidence in their ability to satisfy my needs. Would I order from them again even though I've had this problem most definitely YES. Their products are phenomenal for the price.

I ordered some small fittings and received one item that was incorrect. So why did I give them a 5 star. Because everyone makes mistakes and they were courteous and resolved the problem no questions ask.
Over priced compared to other makes. Other valve makers supply the 2 connectors you need to go from a sweat fitting to threaded flange fitting. Couldn't find or buy the 2 sweat to threaded connectors or orings. Not cool

None of the three filters worked. I had to go the local store and buy one.
Prompt delivery time, product as described, and no hassles at all. The only thing missing is, all the information on how to take care of our new water softener. If I could obtain that information our experience would be perfect!

I ordered online and paid for shipping. Never received a ship confirmation and no news so finally called them. They said they "lost" the order, that it never came through the system. Several more calls and emails later, and much prompting on my end, they finally shipped it out. The customer service rep offered to refund me the cost for shipping due to the inconvenience but never did.
Part came on time but was built wrong and let water flow out the side it broke when I was removing it and I threw it on garbage I couldn't waste anymore time on it ad design flooded cabinet never shopping ther again
I liked the products/pricing available on the website and my order was processed and shipped in a timely fashion.
I did not like the fact that even though I registered on the website, my shopping cart was not saved. This happened on more than one occasion and resulted in quite a bit of wasted time and missing a few items that I would otherwise have ordered.
