Very good experience with Freshwater Systems, my order was processed quickly and the pump shipped promptly. The pump installed easily and works very well. Would recommend a pressure regulator for the out put side.
Experience with FedEx was less than stellar, Freshwater Systems got the pump out quickly however, it spent 2 days in the local area waiting for delivery and was then dropped curb side. I would have thought better of FedEx.
Product as described and within delivery window. My chat query re: delivery options led me to believe it wouldn't come via FedEx, but it did seem to come FedEx. But that was all fine. Have used Freshwater before and will again.

I recently ordered some valved disconnects that I'm using for CO2 gas disconnects on my home brewing setup. The parts were shipped quickly. I'd definitely order from FreshwaterSystems again.
I have a Freshwater system that uses H-300 canisters. My latest replacement would not seat properly without leaking/ I reported this defective product and was informed that a warranty request would be forwarded to the manufacturer for decision, a process that would take several weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I purchased a Freshwater product that was defective and they should provide a replacement unit NOW, and not tell me that if I needed one sooner I could purchase another one!

Was a pleasure to work with them. The UV bulb was shipped the same day as ordered. Although delicate, it was packed well and arrived within couple of days. Very pleased. Will order again.

Filters were a few dollars less each than competitor, but shipping was $20.00 less for the 5 Hydrotech flters I purchased. Will buy again next year and thereafter...
Site was easy to navigate. Prices were fair and shipped very quickly.
Item was promised to ship out same day and I paid for two day shipping. I confirmed twice that the item was coming and scheduled a plumber in reliance on their promise the item had shipped. They only sent part of my item & they admitted that they made a mistake. I asked for the item to be overnighted because it was their error, they didn't live up to shipping policies or their promises. After I fought / them on the phone for 45 minutes, they agreed but ONLY if I would pay $20 for overnight shipping (I had already paid extra for the day two shipping). I agreed because I needed the item to avoid a cancellation charge from the plumber- and I had to make a BBB Complaint to get my $20 back which they never should have taken in the first place. I can't get back the 45 minutes I spent of my time fighting on the phone with them, unfortunately, nor the time I was forced to spend making the BBB and Google complaints that became necessary to get my refund.
So easy to find and purchase replacement filters for my system! Thank you!
Got exactly what we needed. Will most likely order from these guys again. A bit cheaper than Amazon at the time of ordering. The actual shipment took a lot longer than expected - only reason for docking a star.
