Ordered several filters and parts. One of the parts which was ordered, ESO DC-100 Electronic Shut-Off https://www.freshwatersystems.com/p-1243-electronic-shut-off-solenoid-valve-with-qc-fittings-24vac.aspx was not shipped in my order. They instead shipped me a solenoid from a different manufacturer which not only was less in price but did not have the needed connector. So the person picking the order grabs a transformer and a pressure switch both with molex connectors but then grabs a solenoid with no connector. Called customer service, Scott (cust service) explained Alcon is out of business, part no longer made. Yet, weeks later, this part still shows as available. So they have another clueless person in customer service. We agreed to have them send me a return label, once they have their part back, they will refund the difference and ship another part with the correct connector. After a few days, no email. Therefore I did a search on this company and found many similar stories of poor customer service. I then emailed Scott and asked if they could send me a harness that I could cut apart and use on the solenoid. Nope, they don't have any... waited a few days for that answer. Then after a week of waiting, they finally got around to emailing me a return label. By then I had already purchased the harness elsewhere, and had it installed and working. By their timetable, I would have waited the week for the return label, a week for them to receive the part, another week for them to ship the correct part out, another week for me to receive. This is customer dis-service. The return label should have gone out an hour after my call to them not a week.

The part I was looking for was extremely hard to find in your online parts catalogue the only way I found it was to do a google search of the manufacture part number then your site came up with having it. I had previously searched your site to no avail.

Sent us completely different system than we ordered, admitted it was their fault and said they don't carry advertised item, offered us $20 back on a $699 system. We refused their offer and are awaiting a fed ex call back. They would rather take back their item than provide customer service. Do not purchase anything from them!

Ordered the 12 pack 1 year supply of Bio Clean several weeks ago at a cost of $75. I was notified that my package had been delivered. To my surprise, all I received was a fridge magnet. So of course I called to see what the mix up might be. After approximately 30 minutes on hold I finally got a warm body. After holding for additional time, he finally told me he was sorry for the mix up and would promptly ship my product. And a few days later it arrived. Another stupid magnet. Really?
The ordering process was easy and the filters arrived quickly considering it was during the Christmas holiday shopping period.
