I ordered replacement filters for my unit. The first ones I received were for the wrong unit. So I ordered what I thought were the right ones. Found out later that they discontinued my unit. I got a refund for the first replacement filters that I returned. I'm still waiting for a refund for the second replacement filters that I returned.

Reasonable prices. Some items back ordered, but that happens. Shipped John Guest stems and elbows instead of swivel right angle adapters, but support said put a stem in an elbow and you have the same part. No problem other than my lack of knowledge. Would be nice if web site showed stock levels and /or estimated backorder times.

Needed water filter for an older Culligan unit that belongs to my in-laws. Ordered, and it arrived in plenty of time, I had questions as it looked different than the original, so I called and was pleasantly surprised at someone picking up right away. I mentioned my issue and after some checking, was assured that these replacements would work fine. And they did. I'll order from FreshwaterSystems again.

Ordered replacement faucets for a 2002 Hamilton Water cooler, cold and hot, received promptly. However, the cold water was not what was ordered and shipped. A call and photo to customer service resolve issue to my satisfaction. I would purchase from them again when the need arises. I would recommend to others who need to perform the same repair.
