I'm very impressed with how fast my items arrive, but the packing was a mess.

The staff at Freahwater Ststems is always extremely knowledgable and helpful. I've been useing them for my water filtration system for five years now and couldn't be more sastified.

Items order were on back order and when they were received they were damaged Waiting on replacement bulbs still.

We have only had the system working for a couple of days but the water tastes good. The faucet does seem to lead around the base when used for a larger amount of water.

When purchasing a water bottle, most metal ones come with the standard screw off top. This replacment Sip Top screw on top is perfect and makes the bottle much more friendly. Perfect for drivers needing a quick sip of water. I use these tops exclusively. Thanks for a great product!

I had a heck of a time getting it to not leak. I cranked down so hard the gasket deformed. Anything less and it was pouring water out.
