Freshwater Systems had the best price for my water filters and I received them very timely and in great condition. I appreciate them carrying the more expensive filter as it filters out more contaminants. A lot of people are just going with the cheaper filters but you get what you pay for so I'm happy to always find the GE filters at Freshwater Systems for a reasonable price.

Solved problem quickly and sent needed merchandise Merchandise received on timely basis
We sent a claim request with the documentation we were asked to provide for a UV bulb order *******339) M*******. We are still waiting for feedback,. Haven't even gotten a note saying that it was received yet and it's been 10 days. Seems like it was a waste of time. It went to '*******@freshwatersystems.com'. NO RESPONSE
I've always been well taken care of when ordering filters for my hot water heater & the service is always done in a friendly fashion.
As always happens something goes wrong when you have big things coming up. This time it was my water filter not working with Christmas coming, lots of company and a wedding on top of everything. I checked the web and most companies could not get the filters I needed to me before Christmas and without them, I would have to buy tons of cases of water. Luckily, I found FreswaterSystems and they were able to ship it by Christmas Eve! I was thrilled I found them and will use them again in the future! Thank you for helping me out of a tight spot!
