Sent wrong item waited over 7 days for return authorization. Required to repurchase at higher price since needed item immediately. Took over 30 days to get a refund for item returned!

Product works great and arrived two days ahead of schedule.

Ordering was easy and quick. Filter came in a week and was easy to install. The only downside was ordering before a holiday and when the product shipped went from Greenville to charlotte then had to come back to Greenville for delivery. (Not their fault)
