This last time a bulb and filter were ordered but only the bulb came, a message was sent to tell of the problem and it was fixed in timely fashion.

I had to make 3 inquires before I was able to get a return order number. Ordering the wrong filters was my mistake. But, thought the first contact would have been enough. I am sure this must have just been an administration glitch somehow.
Have a large RO system with dual 40 inch membranes and dual 20" big blue pre-filters. Have twice purchased replacement filters from Freshwater Systems with excellent response, pricing and delivery. Would not use other vendors based on their continued high performance level.
Found the part that I needed, at the right price, and it was delivered on time as promised.
The faucet is great, but I needed an adapter for the blue line found it at local plumbing store.

I order my filters for the coming years use in late December to early January. Freshwater Systems always delivers promptly and exactly what I order. Then throughout the year they send reminders for filter change and replacements. Excellent! It's easy to forget about. Periodically they send sale offers and new systems that are available. They don't flood your inbox every week. I love that. Great Supplier for your water filtration needs. And very reasonable economically.
No issues with installation into the Seagull IV water system. I'm observing the advertised water pressure drop. Water taste is good, as expected. In use only one month. Expensive at $65, but still $50 less than Seagull's OEM filter.
Delivery was fast and efficient, site easy to use. This is my second time using Freshwater and I'll definitely use them again.
