I received damaged goods and they are refusing to send a replacement. They do not understand that it is not good business practice to ask a customer to accept damaged goods, even if the goods are functional.

Prompt service with a good price. Other sites did not have stock and several are misleading. They had a different brand than listed in the search.

My water filters on the sink and in the refrigerator are a few years old now so the Big Box Stores have already gone on to the newer products and no longer carry the filters I need. We received our UV light and sleeve promptly and unbroken due to giant packaging. Even though the box was slightly damaged the contents were all right. Very efficient. Thanks.
